Court Work
A range of joint or individual social work assessments that may arise within private or public law proceedings where there are areas of uncertainty in the information before the Court.

Independence
Independent assessments arising outside of Court proceedings.

Service
Services to Local Authorities and voluntary independent agencies.

Legal Framework
We provide our services in accordance with the Code of Practice for Expert Witnesses in Family Proceedings as contained in the Protocol Judicial Case Management in Public Law Children Act Cases (June 2003, Appendix C)

 

Group members are committed to ongoing practice-related learning and development.

We subscribe to the Ethical practice codes of the British Association of Social Workers (BASW) and The National Association of Guardians ad Litem and Reporting Officers (Nagalro).

Associates are indeminified for both professional and public liability. Please ask for evidence of our up- to-date Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) clearance and GSCC registration.
