You should know: Where assessments are requested as part of legal proceedings, we prefer to work in the Courts outside the usual geographic catchment area for our Children's Guardian work. You will be advised at the contact stage. Before any commission can be finally accepted, a clear letter of instruction and the parameters of the task, and costs, must be received and agreed.(in accordance with the Code of Guidance for Expert Witnesses contained in the Protocol) |

Phase Associates
is a fresh grouping of independent professionals. Although we are based
in the South East we will consider commissions in other parts of the UK
and abroad. Qualifications: All Phase associates have extensive experience. We are committed to ongoing career development training when and wherever appropriate.
